Ordering Minimum Opening = $200, No Minimum Reorder  There is a minimum purchase of 4 candles per scent.

Current processing time before your order ships is 3-4 business days.

A "Rush" order can be purchased for an additional $50 fee.

Exclusivity: We review every potential client to assure those territories are never over saturated but also assure our products are easily accessible to the consumer.

We reserve the right to protect zip codes and/or areas with active retail partners. Bristol's Buds Candle Co, cannot guarantee all territory protection but will research proximity to existing customers with each new inquiry to the best of our ability.

For an account to remain active and territories protected, an order must be placed at least once every 6 months with a minimum total for the year of $5000. If an existing stockist is only ordering select collections, another stockist in the same area may order another distinctly different collection.

Partners with no account activity over a six-month period may be closed. We reserve the right to sell to another retail partner if terms are not met.

Returns & Replacements: We do not accept returns. We will refund or replace a product that is defective or broken in transit. Requests for replacement must be sent via email to within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the damaged materials may be requested for a refund or replacement
